At kSp we believe improv isn’t just about acting—it’s about strengthening the brain and body through structured play. Engaging in improv helps build a healthy nervous system, strengthens neuro pathways, and activates the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain responsible for decision-making, emotional regulation, and creative problem-solving. Through fun improv games and acting exercises, participants develop quick thinking, confidence, and effective communication skills in a dynamic and supportive space. There are no scripts—just creativity, teamwork, and laughter. This welcoming environment encourages students of all experience levels to step outside their comfort zones, build resilience, and thrive in a playful, low-pressure setting.

Runs weekly from 4:30pm-6pm and late arrival and early departures are okay, students do not need to attend weekly. Location: Covenant Presbyterian Church 6695 Mae Anne Avenue Reno, Nevada 89523
