*** SPACE LIMITED – Max 20 Campers ***

This week-long day camp provides kids and teens with a space to explore tabletop role-playing games while developing skills associated with collaboration and problem-solving. Tabletop role-playing games foster confidence and communication within a team through structured social encounters, exploration, and conflict resolution. These games, such as Dungeons & Dragons, place players in the role of adventurers who must collaborate to achieve a common goal, adhering to rules for storytelling and role-playing that create memorable and impactful moments.

Some of the skills learned through acting, improvisation and role play include: verbal/nonverbal communication skills, creative thinking & problem solving, emotional understanding and regulation, empathy & compassion, quality & carry through, motivation & commitment, collaboration & teamwork, independent thinkers, time management skills, initiative, active listening, adaptability & flexibility, ability to work under pressure & personal discipline, leadership, forward thinking and fun!

Kidscape Productions uses research based applications in improvisation, role-play and professional theatre techniques. Our passion is to help participants hone in on team work, social awareness, emotional understanding and confidence in presenting.
